On Monday June 6, we had a cooking lesson in the Area Office kitchen. It is always fun to be with these sisters - no matter what we are doing!
Noma - our great chef of the kitchen - helping Sister Swift to make dough for 'fat cakes'.
Sister Goodson and Sister Humbert - getting their hands messy with the mince that goes in the fat cakes. Wonderful spices .
Fat cakes frying - we made enough for each couple to have four - I took a turn stirring the mince.
We all paid for the supplies and Noma's time and petrol to come in on her day off!
