Random Happenings

As I was walking down the halls of our apartment building I noticed these small Service doors - to the left of the larger front door of the apartments that are larger than ours.  It was puzzling until one was open and it went right into the kitchen of the apartment.
Elder Smith said it was the door for the help that was not allowed to come in the front door ...so sad and evil!  Fun happening - today when we walked near - an African Mom and little girl walked out the front door!! Thanks goodness for changes for the better in our part of the world.
We noticed this street sing advertising the Springboks and All Blacks rugby game we have tickets to iin August!!
This is the shelf in the back room of the Art of Africa store that I purchased the quilt tops from.  In March I went to buy some more and there were none!  They told me they would have some in 3 months and sure enough - here they are!  ...just the bottom shelf - the top shelf has table clothes and table runners.
In putting together the Memory Book I was given this picture of the Elggrens, Swifts, and Perkins - they were off on a game preserve - love all these people!

This was in our Kwa-Thema ward last Sunday, June 5th.  Our missionaries are teaching several and this husband was able to baptize his wife - and then another sister joined them - special day for all.
