Welfare and Self Reliance Christmas Lunch
Our waiter took pictures for us and then a selfie with himself in it! He did a good job and got a nice tip for his service!
Brother Philip, Elder Smith, Elder Martin, Sister Martin, Sister Smith, and Kaelpile.
We ate lunch outside under a big umbrella. This restaurant is in an old historic house. There used to be several in the neighborhood but they were torn down. The whole community came together and donated to safe this one! Mike's House is it called.
Elder Martin ordered a fillet - steak!
Elder Smith had the the Classic Seafood Bowl, he said it was delicious! I had a chicken salad - yummy!
In the first picture, behind Elder Martin's head - you can see this Poinsettia bush! So pretty and seasonal!
Here is the restaurant cat - he came to each table for handouts! He was pretty well fed! It was nice to get to know each other over a delicious lunch - that the budget paid for!!
What a lovely restaurant.
